No documentation required, but if you feel your entry needs some
explanation, by all means include it. If you have any questions, please e-mail Mistress Arlys at Cley(at)juno.com

Defenders   Candidates for the Defenders contests are asked to process into the invocation with their heraldic banner (and a herald to announce them if they so choose) More details and contact information regarding the three Defenderships may be found: Defendership Rules (last year's info)

Bardic   The bardic will run again this year we are looking for the best story, song, or performance of the night. If you dont perform thats ok to come and let your voice be heard by letting us know what you think of the nights performance. We can't wait to hear from you.

Note: this information is subject to change

If during the wake for Ciaran, you would like to take pictures, video or capture some of the music, etc. in any medium, I would love to have it for the memorial page being composed for the DM website.

I would prefer submissions of stories emailed as a text file, images - video - audio, burned on a disk. (although I can handle using a scanner for physical pictures if I have to). If that's outside your technical skills, let me know and we'll see if we can work something out.

Thanks,
Cara Dea
